Well i just want everyone to know why our house is up for sale! About a year and a half ago jared and I took the plunge and bought a house in Bountiful. It was our first real "flip" or real estate investment. We have been into real estate investments since we have been married. We mostly have had rental properties... nothing like this. so We gutted the inside of this house remodeled everything and added about 1000 feet to the back of the house! It was the ultimate investment! We were so excited and couldn't wait to get it done and back on the market! Well... come to find out the Real Estate market wasn't going to be on our side, along with many many other bumps in the road.(contractors bailing on us, bad pluming, 2 house payments a month,unexpected costs, ext.) Anyways the property deal went bad on us and to make a very long story short... we dumped the property for super super cheap, so we didn't have to Carry the costs of the house payment and bills anymore. This resulted in lots of debt that should have been covered after we sold the property for the ideal asking price! So the smartest thing we could think of to pay it off as quickly as possible is.... sell our house and move in with jared's parents for a year! Wahoo... yep! we are so grateful for jared's parents! so that is the story! So we are selling our house and moving on! I just want to publicly thank everyone that has helped us through this hard time. We appreciate all of the love and support! we are going to miss our beautiful home and neighborhood! I made jared promise me that we could move back into this area! I sure hope so!

quick story, we had a home in layton, sold it and moved in with my in laws while we built here. it went great. so great infact after moths and mothns of trying...we got pregnant in my in laws basement! thankfully, we were married so it was only a little weird!
our ward will be at a loss without your smiling face!
I am so sorry about all the drama with your "flip"--what stress! I hope everything works out for you guys. We have actually listed our house just this past week to see if we can get closer to work, family and everything else that has put way too many miles on my car! I HATE to leave this neighborhood though--it is a keeper for sure...
Sad! I am so sorry to hear that you have to sell your home. This very crazy economy is effecting everyone. I know you have a lot of faith, and you are trying to do what is best for your family. Hang in there. We will be thinking of you.
Camille, I am so sorry that happened to you guys. Trav and I went through the same thing only we ended up haveing to forclose. It ended up being for the best cause we 1 - no longer had the stress of two payments and all the other hundred stresses that go with it and 2 - We realized very quickly we were ment to move here for so many reasons. I wish you the best and I want you to know it will be ok. I will miss having you cut my hair too, you did a great job.
Yes, amen, yes, amen to all the other comments. I have to add...thanks for inviting me to run with you gals. Just remember that what happens or is talked about while running...stays in running conversation ONLY! Wow, you have helped me in SO many ways. HOLY COW..you are a baby too. Can't believe I am 8 years older than you girl! Well, we have more races to run and other avenues to venture. Wherever you go, you won't hear the end of me! I feel like I am writing in your yearbook. Keep your head up, remain faithful and always remember friends and family love and support you.

You are an awesome friend. I have loved every minute I have got to spend getting to know you. I too have learned so much from you and am so grateful for your friendship. You have touched my life in so many ways and I have learned so much from you. You were an answer to my prayers! Eagle Mountain isn't that far away and thank goodness for email and blogs!
P.S. I LOVE the new look of your blog. You will have to come teach me how to make my blog cute too!
Oh Camille what will we do with out you among us? We'll miss you for sure. But... the important thing to remember is...you are HOT no matter where you live. You're one HOT momma and they can't take that.
