We LOVE the Olympics! Especially SUMMER Olympics! My favorite is Track and Gymnastics! Jared of course LOVES Basketball. But I think he will watch really any sport!
Tonight we watched the amazing opening ceremony! It was incredible! I kept saying... WOW! WOW! How do they do that? Wow! That is Incredible!
Anyways! We are supper excited to watch all of the sports! Raegan is excited about it too! Throughout the next few weeks we are going to be doing some fun activity's and craft that relate to the Olympics! I will post some ideas as we do them!

i love the opening where you can comment on how good/bad the outfits are. i am good with the 'native' looking ones, but some were just strange (usa did well.).
you should go to familyfun.com and there are some great ideas on what you can do at home w/the olympics theme.

Camille--I feel the same way about the olympics. They really are so amazing and I am sucker for the stories of hard work and sacrifice that all athletes have. I love gymnastics and diving. I'd love to read what family crafts/activities you do in relation to the olympics so we can try them out too! Go USA!!!

LOVE LOVE Love the Olympics...especially summer! Reminds me to keep on rolling out of bed and attempting to be somewhat fit to keep up with my kids.
I was too tired to watch the opening ceremony. I have watched beach volleyball, soccer and a little glimpse of cycling. Looking forward to some amazing competition!
You should order or make some Chinese food. We made some Chinese food the other day in celebration of the Olympics. It was fun! I can't wait to see what fun things you have planned.
