Bad mommy.

Today Kade fell down our stairs. It was the saddest thing I have ever seen. He TUMBLED rolled BUMPED and BOUNCED... yep that is about how it went. I felt so bad! HE has been trying to keep up with Raegan and follows her everywhere. I just need to keep a better eye on him I guess. Has anyone else had something similar happen?

You are not a bad mommy... I am sorry that happened--I always feel so guilty when my kids get hurt. :(

things happen! just give that baby lots of kisses and he will never remember it happened!

Yep, has happened to me! But my worst bad mommy experience was I left Boston in his stroller (without the brake on) while I was weeding (thinking this was the safest place) and somehow it ended up rolling down the driveway, tipping over and Boston still straped in. Oh my did I have a heart attack! He was fine but it seriously scared me and I had to look around to make sure none of my neighbors were outside to witness what a bad mom I was!

Oh man!

Um... I thought that falling down the stairs was just a weekly (or daily) occurrence.

Well, today Josh rolled off the couch while Steve was getting him a bottle. And once when Steve's mom was tending his niece, she fell down the stairs and landed on the tile at the bottom. Ouch. It happens! And those cute kids still love you anyway!

Especially good mommies teach their babies to get up when they get knocked down :) and give them a smackeroo better when they do.

You are not a bad mommy at all, that is how kids grow and learn, they will get scratches, bumps and bruises, but they get over them and they heal. They learn to be tough little guys :>

Kids are made of rubber. Don't worry about it.
